Dearly beloved friends, In order for the friends to “strive” to make the most of this Fast, the Spiritual Assembly is happy to share the attached compilation for study and meditation. Titled “Be as I Am - `Abdu’l-Bahá” the original compilation was put together many years ago by the Bahá’í Youth Committee. The Assembly now commits the friends to study this modified version, reflect upon it and make the necessary adjustments in our inner lives, to refresh and reinvigorate our souls.
