On Being Kicked Out for Being a Baha'i: An act of ignorance more than malice
Mithskrike was featured previously back when he became a Baha'i. Here is an update. -gw
Well, the month of 'Ala is upon us. This is my first fast, and I'm finding it a little difficult not to eat/drink/smoke between sunrise and sunset. I'll get used to it I'm sure. Although I do find myself fantasizing about what I'm going to eat or smoke once Naw-Ruz comes.
Since I last posted, my mom kicked me out of her house for being Baha'i. I was having a difficult time finding a job, I think that's a factor as well. That really hurt that she gave my religion as the reason for me to leave but I don't hold it against her. It's an act of ignorance more than malice.
