On Photos for the Feast Day: Jamie Frank's "Perfection"
Jamie's photos transport. In a tradition he began some months ago now, here is his photo set on Flickr on the theme of kamal or perfection, which is the name of the Baha'i month we are now entering into.
the eighth month of the Baha'i calendar is Kamal, Arabic for 'Perfection' ..... a transitory state for most of us, with an occasional glimpse of the infinite .....
'T'is the Baha'i Feast day of Perfection. There is a simply wonderful story told in the Feast letter from the National Assembly of the Baha'is of the United States, more than enough reason to go to Feast today. But if you can't, it's up on the U.S. Baha'i administrative page. It's nice that the National Asembly is making the Feast letters available in this manner. -gw
