Dearest Friends and Co-Workers:

It is with great joy that the Regional Baha'i Council shares with you the wonderful news that as of today, a total of 34 clusters in the Northwest have been recognized by the Regional Council as having advanced to the "A" stage of development; each of these clusters has already established, or will launch by this Ridvan, its respective intensive program of growth (IPG). This means the friends of the Northwestern region have exceeded -- by one cluster, and a year ahead of schedule -- our collective Five Year Plan goal of launching 33 IPGs by Ridvan 2011! CONGRATULATIONS to all! ...

We have achieved our goals and are awaiting new challenges. -gw
