I am coming to the realization that this is why we need divine assistance, succor from the Concourse on High. Not just as an extra boost, as a way of saying, “Yeah, we all agree, you’re doing a great job, here’s a little something to help you out.” But – starkly – because we need it.We literally cannot fight this world and its consuming demons without an army of light by our sides. We have not the strength, and our humanity renders us frail as much as it does mighty
