The charges were: The Baha'i Faith is not really a religion; The Baha'i Faith is atheistic, denies religion in general, and Islam in particular; The Baha'i Faith is an enemy of Islam; The Baha'i Faith is an enemy of the government, it is political, subversive and revolutionary in character.
