On Chatting on the Phone: Baha'i Prayers with J.

Anais leads a busy life. She summed things up in a post back in August:

A month and loose change left in my 25th year. This has been my year so far: got myself a job and will be moving to a different continent; earned my master's degree; questioned, and pretty much eliminated for good, the professional direction I've been planning for myself for ages; moved away from my lifelong atheism and started believing in god - on my own terms; started letting go, bit by bit, of my perfectionism; learned - and am learning - to listen to my gut and set firm boundaries about unsupportive friendships, relationships, and situations; concurrently, to develop greater understanding and empathy for others, especially for the aforementioned; to take good care of myself, expect everything I deserve, and to give as much for others.

In today's post she reports on the many things she did on the weekend, among them touching base with a Baha'i friend. -gw

...caught up with J., one of my favourite boys in the world, tonight. He and I said Baha'i prayers over the phone together.
